STRICT company policy -- We will NEVER
sell or distribute ANY information that you supply to us.
Upon submission of your online reservation, you will be issued a temporary
"working hold" for the yacht you have requested. This working hold gives you a
"right of first refusal" to book your preferred yacht if it is available for the
specific dates you have requested. Our global availability database is updated every 24
hours (business days only).
If the yacht is not available, you will be contacted to make an alternate selection. If your preferred yacht is available, and your resume (skipper's qualification sheet) is approved, you will be contacted to confirm your reservation via a deposit payment. Payments may be made via credit card, personal or cashier's check, or money order. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment.
Upon approval, you will receive a permanent confirmation number. Please
make certain you have read and understand the deposit, payment, and cancellation policy
for your particular yacht prior to obtaining your confirmation. Our staff will then
prepare your bareboat agreement, charter invoice, and all related documents.
